7 days before the travel date clear the balance payment as per ROE on a prevailing date
50% cancellation charge if cancelled within 14 days before arrival.
Date Change is not permissible and subject to consideration.
No Refund on any cancellation within 05 days before arrival.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, for all destinations.
We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
